Shipping and Returns
Exchange/Refund policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition along with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund. We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee. Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund. If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that in the space available at the bottom of your invoice. All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all item(s) back. Please write the reason for your return and your phone number in the space available at the bottom of your invoice. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records. Shipping timeframe
Orders placed by 12 noon Eastern ship the SAME day! Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Exclusions include but are not limited to international shipments, haz-mat products, special order items, orders with out-of-stock items, orders needing customer verification for processing, orders for technical inspection or product installation.
Changes to an order after it is submitted and approved for shipment may cause processing delays.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise noted, all of our air guns (except for airsoft) have a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. All of our airsoft guns have a 30-day warranty unless otherwise noted.
Service
We have a complete repair shop, service many brands/models of airguns and are a factory-authorized repair/warranty station for Air Arms, Eun Jin, Evanix, Mendoza and Sam Yang airguns. Our gunsmiths can work on most airguns, and our rates are reasonable. Call us before you send us your rifle or pistol.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on destination and weight of the items you are buying. To determine shipping, add the items to the shopping cart and click the [Check Out] button. The shipping options (with exact amounts we will charge for shipping) will be displayed on the screen after you fill out the destination ZIP Code.
Is it safe to buy air guns on your site?

Michigan: Pellet guns: Residents may purchase anything on our site except for pellet guns measuring 30 inches or less (overall length) or guns that have silencers or baffles (either internal or external) that will silence, muffle or in any way reduce the report (sound) of an airgun. Guns that are 30" or less in overall length are regulated by the State and require a concealed gun permit or a state license to purchase a pistol.
Michigan residents may purchase pellet guns that require state permits or licenses by following these steps:
1. Inform TexStar Outdoors, LLC of the item you want to purchase.
2. Find a local participating dealer/retailer and let us know where to ship your gun. The item will be shipped to the designated dealer/retailer in your area.
3. Go to your local police department and get a permit to purchase the airgun. Each pellet gun purchase must have a separate permit.
4. After the permit is issued to you by the police, take it to the gun store where your gun was shipped.
5. After the permit is presented to the store and their fee is paid, they will give you the airgun.
6. Take the airgun back to the police department for a safety check and ballistics test.
7. After the tests are conducted and they determine that the airgun is safe, you can take the airgun home.

New Jersey: Pellet guns & BB guns: Residents can buy them from us through a designated local gun store after acquiring the appropriate firearm permit (airguns are considered firearms per NJ state law: Title 2C:39-1). Your local gun store must fax a copy of their FFL to TexStar Outdoors, LLC in order for us to ship the gun you ordered. [Airsoft guns may be restricted by some local laws. It is up to you to determine if airsoft guns may be owned/possessed/used without special permits in their locale.]
